Water from wells is treated through sedimentary, filtered system and disinfected by ultra-violet system and chlorine automatic dilutor at the concentration 0.5ppm, capacity: 100m3/day

Laboratory

VietNam Fish-One Co., Ltd has a laboratory for checking micro-organism in water, products and production lines everyday including: TPC, E. Coli, Total Coliforms, Fecal Coliforms, Staphylococus aureus, Vibrio cholera, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Salmonella, Shigella and other chemical criteria on Antibiotic as Chloramphenicol, Furazolidone, Oxytetracycline.

Temperature of controlling system in production

 R/M: < 4oC. Finished product: < -20oC.

Points check on raw material:
- Antibiotic

- SO2
- Strange smell
- Foreign matter

 
- R/M of every agent is inspected for Chloramphenicol, Furazolidon by Factory Laboratory every day and by QUATEST once per week.
- SO2  is checked by Q.A when receiving R/M every day.
- The smell is verified at each processing step.
- Foreign matter is inspected by metal detector.
